This event is created particularly for those Who love Sourdough bread. It is such a fancy thing to bake now, so many bakers claim that they do real sourdough. Do they? Really?
How long does the dough ferment and mature for? How old is the sourdough culture and is it this really important?
Giuseppe's baking history starts back in the '50, before he was even born, with his Grandfather from Napoli who was actually a baker. Giuseppe, then when born in 1986 was called after his grandfather.
If we would like to set a date on his baking journey, Giuseppe says that he started baking regularly in his chef career at the age of 19, after being fascinated and charmed by the art of natural fermentation. Since then he never stopped baking and if he had any chance to bake he'd had jumped at it. After 15 years of training, failures, and successes he decided to share everything that he learnt along the way.
Giuseppe will teach his best way to achieve those big bubbles into the crumb. If you follow him and his advice you will see big steps forward in your baking. You will achieve goals that you had only dreamed of before.

The Class will provide you with Aprons, A pdf format of what you will learn, that you could print or leave on your device, some nibbles and tea or coffee. We recommend bringing a drink bottle, a note pad and a pen, to write those golden nuggets that Giuseppe will deliver and drop during the class.
A small jar of his own sourdough culture is provided as a gift and as part of the main ingredient of the night course.
