I'm a home baker living in Adelaide, who likes dusting the whole kitchen with flour ... I've been baking my own bread, on and off, for many years, but my sourdough journey started only a couple of years ago. Since I retired, I've been experimenting with different starters, and different flour combinations. I'm happy that I've made some good bread, but admit to making several doorstops as well.
